At RoC® Skincare, we stand behind the efficacy of our products; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from rocskincare.com, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that we can only process returns for products purchased directly through our official website.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack the products in their original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
